At the 7 minute mark Hudson scored a second time, a  goal by number 9. The first period ended with a score of Hudson 2, Nashoba 1.

In the second period both teams played hard both defensively and offensivly, but with 2 minutes left in the period Hudson’s number 13 put another point on the score board. Senior, number 7 Andrew Kerble scored with seconds left in the second period, making the score 3-2 at the end of the second period.

With only 7 minutes into the third period number 10 from Hudson put a puck in the net, keep the game very exciting. That goal was answered by Senior, number 17 Jameson Brideau, with 2 minutes left in the game. The final score of the night ended with Hudson on top 4-3.

There were great plays made by many of the Nashoba athletes; congratulations to the seniors on their last game as Nashoba Chieftains and on a great season. Senior, defensemen  captains, Andrew Kerble and Will Andronico, both had a strong game. Defensemen number 8, Robbie Carter, also had a great game, playing hard to keep Hudson away from the goal. Number 31 Freshman goalie from Clinton, played well in goal making many great saves.

“The season was great, I’m really proud of how we were able to get better as the season went on and this game really showed that. We came together when we needed to, even though we lost, it was a great game” stated Andronico in a post game interview.

Congratulations on a great season boys and good luck to all the seniors on the team!
