Monday night, the Nashoba boys varsity hockey team took on Oakmont at the New England Sports Center in Marlboro. The team played hard and came out on top.

4 minutes into the first period, number 11, senior, Graham Chapman, scored the first goal of the night. 6 minutes later, number 19, senior captain, Ryan LeBlanc, scored the second goal of the night. Less than a minute later, LeBlanc scored again, bringing the score to 3-0. LeBlanc scored a third goal, a hat trick, at the 12 minute mark. The first period ended with a score of 4-0.

Just 2 minutes into the second period, Oakmont scored their first goal of the night by number 6, to make the score 4-1. The rest of the next two periods remained scoreless.

The final score remained 4-1.

This was the senior night game, where the senior captains #9 Will Andronico, #19 Ryan LeBlanc, #7 Andrew Kerble, #18 Harrison Carter, and seniors #11 Graham Chapman and #17 Jameson Brideau were recognized. Congratulations on a great game seniors and good luck with the remainder of the season.

The boys play their next game at the New England Sports Center on Friday night against Hudson at 8:10pm. Come out and support the boys at what could be their final game of the season.
