Fall is here and all sorts of pumpkin favorites are back in season! I’m sad to see summer come to an end, but these pumpkin hits never fail to spark excitement. Try these popular pumpkin hits to start fall off on the right foot.
First off we have all sorts of new fall products that were released on August 24th, 2023 by Starbucks. They released the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, which consists of Starbucks blonde espresso, with hints of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar, finally topped with oatmilk. Although I was skeptical when first trying this drink, it is my new favorite fall drink on the menu. It’s not too sweet and offers a great alternative to the normal pumpkin drink. This coffee is also the only dairy-free, fall drink on the menu. Another new fall drink Starbucks brought to its menu is the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte. This drink has spiced chai tea concentrate, pumpkin sweet cream, and oat milk. This drink is perfect for a tea lover and all fans of pumpkin spice. It offers a comforting feeling, perfect for a crisp fall day.
Next up, a fan-favorite grocery store, especially for seasonal items is Trader Joes. On September 7th, they released their fall line of products. We now see caramel apple mochi on the shelves. These bite-sized snacks have a chewy caramel outside made out of rice dough. Filled on the inside with a sweet caramel and apple purée flavored ice cream. Also new this season is maple-flavored fudge, made out of a rich and buttery English fudge and maple syrup. These new editions take their fall selection to the next level, and I can’t wait to try them!
Now this one may seem a little shocking, as I would never think of combining the two. Wendys released a Pumpkin Spice Frosty on September 12th. I recently tried this one as I am a big pumpkin fan, and I would definitely recommend it. It combines their usual vanilla frosty, with pumpkin flavoring and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. I could definitely taste the artificial flavoring in it, as the pumpkin spice is super strong. This is available to purchase in all four sizes. Wendys also released a Pumpkin Spice Frosty Cream Cold Brew. This is a creamy iced coffee, with the only creamer being a melted pumpkin spice frosty. I have yet to try this, but it might have to be next on my list. The pumpkin spice coffee demand is high, and Wendys finally decided to hop on the bandwagon.
All these new fall items get me even more excited for fall. I will definitely be trying all these newly released products, along with enjoying my usual fall favorites!
