The Nashoba Robotics Team deserves recognition for its outstanding success over the course of this competition season. Their hard work and dedication led them all the way to the World Competition this spring in St. Louis, Missouri.

The team brought home gold at two of the three New England Robotics Regional Competitions in Hartford, allowing them to move onto the semifinals. Because of their outstanding performance, the Nashoba Robotics Team was awarded the Quality Award – given to the team who was the strongest in design, innovation, as well as engineering.

The team’s impressive victory in Hartford led them to St. Louis where they competed against 75 other teams in the FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) World Championship with the Archimedes division. In St. Louis, they were chosen by the fifth ranked team to share ideas and skills. The two teams competed as one and made it to the quarter finals.
