There is a local Mexican restaurant located in Boxborough at 42 Massachusetts Ave. Oscar’s Burritos opened their doors in 2014, and they are open Monday through Sunday 11:00 am- 9:00 pm. The owner, Oscar Garcia, decided that he was going to open a professional kitchen in a part of Boxborough where none existed. Quite true to his wishes, his restaurant is not in proximity to other restaurants and is located in between a florist and an ice rink. According to his website, he says “Food is my passion – my art is creating a delicious and healthy Mexican grill menu that comforts and makes you want more and more!”. He has been working in the culinary industry most of his life, and he is very proud of his new restaurant.

Oscar’s Burritos has a delicious menu. Some of their starers include nachos, spicy fries, and homemade corn bread. They have many signature burritos including chicken pesto, Spicy Chipotle BBQ Steak Burrito, and Hot and Spicy Cowboy Burrito. Along with their burritos, they also tacos, quesadillas, soups, chili, salads, and fajitas. Some of their other menu items include supreme taco salad, supreme grilled cheese quesadilla, and tacos. For dessert they have fried plantains, a banana split, ice cream sundae and many more sweets.
